Login Errors¶
« Email et/ou mot de passe incorrect »
Check your username and password. If the issue persists, ask your administrator to reset your password.
« Adresse IP non autorisée »
Your account has an IP restriction. Connect from the authorized network or contact your administrator.
« Compte désactivé ! »
Your account has been deactivated. Contact your administrator to reactivate it.
Permission Errors¶
« Permission requise ! »
You don't have the required permissions. Contact your administrator.
« Lecture Seule ! En cours de traitement par [name] »
The document is locked by another user. Wait for them to close it, or ask an administrator to force disconnect.
« Cet élément n'est plus modifiable ! »
The document is no longer in draft status. Only draft documents (status 0) can be edited.
Product Errors¶
« Produit désactivé ! »
The product is deactivated. Reactivate it in the product profile.
« Vente interdite ! » / « Achat interdit ! »
The product has a sell/buy restriction. Remove it in the product profile.
« Produit en quarantaine ! »
The product or batch is quarantined. Remove the quarantine from the product or batch profile.
Stock Errors¶
« Stock insuffisant ! »
Requested quantity exceeds available stock. Reduce quantity or wait for a receipt.
« Problème d'emplacement : [product] »
No warehouse location found for the product during picking. Check that the product has a location assignment.
« Inventaire total en cours. »
A stocktake is blocking stock operations. Wait for it to complete.
Receipt Errors¶
« Aucun lot renseigné pour [product] ! »
The product requires batch tracking but no batch name was entered. Fill in the batch number.
« Un lot du même produit existe à cet emplacement ! »
A different batch of the same product is already at this location. Rule: one batch per location. Choose another location.
Discount Errors¶
« Remise globale activée ! » / « Des remises par produits sont activées ! »
Global and per-line discounts are mutually exclusive. Disable one to use the other.
Picking Errors¶
« Prélèvement en cours... »
Picking has started. Cancel picking first before making changes.
Import Errors¶
« Erreur sur la ligne [n] ! »
The Excel file has an error at the indicated line. Check data format.
« Fournisseur/Groupe/Catégorie inconnu à la ligne [n] »
A reference name doesn't match existing records. Check exact spelling.
Missing products after import
Check the file import_manquant_[login].xlsx in the homa/ folder for products that were not found.
